It is with a mix of emotions to share that after much deliberation and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to conclude the Kyle Miller College Showcase.
Since its inception 27 years ago, this tournament has served as the Kyle Miller Memorial, Inc.’s annual fundraiser, raising money for those in need within our community. Over the years we have been able to provide over $140,000 in charitable donations to families and children, many of whom have been afflicted with cancer or other illnesses. Additionally, we have awarded over $60,000 in college scholarships to athletes that have participated in our tournament. We are proud of what we have been able to accomplish within the softball community and beyond, all in memory of Kyle. It is because of the dedicated coaches, umpires, athletes, and volunteers, many of whom knew Kyle, that we can attribute our success. For that, we extend our heartfelt gratitude.
Although the Kyle Miller College Showcase may be concluding, our organization, the Kyle Miller Memorial Inc., remains committed to supporting our community. We look forward to new opportunities and involvement as we start this next chapter. As we reflect fondly on the countless memories and lasting impact the softball community has had on us over the years, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your unwavering support and participation in the Kyle Miller College Showcase.
